The Better Bundle provides residential customers who sign either a 12 or 18 month contract and live within the exchanges of Flippin, Bull Shoals, Lead Hill, Pyatt, Diamond City, Peel, and Omaha with a local access line, High-Speed Internet up to 1.5Mb down and 256Kb upload (where facilities are technically available), 240 minutes of 41-mile radius calling and 100 domestic anytime, anywhere minutes, and Caller ID Name & Number. All overage charges will be billed in one-minute increments at 10 cents per minute. For new customers signing up for 18 months, offer includes a modem for use with High-Speed Internet service. Existing customers signing up for 18 months are eligible for a new modem and may upgrade to a 4-port modem ($69.95 value, not wireless) for $20, or upgrade to a wireless modem ($99.95 value) for $40. Subscribers discontinuing service prior to meeting the terms of the contract period will be billed for each remaining month of the contract term. Early termination of contract fee is $200.

Customer must subscribe to NATCO Long Distance for both intraLATA and interLATA calling, as well as to a Residential Local Service offering by NATCO. The customer must also receive billing for each of these services from NATCO. Customer must subscribe to the NATCO Rural Saver Plan as part of this offering. Associated activation fees will be waived. The amount of savings will vary depending on the plan and services chosen. The Better Bundle is for voice applications on your primary residential phone line only and is for typical domestic, direct dial calls within the U.S. and does not include 900 calls, directory assistance calls, operator services, calling cards, chat rooms, multi-party conference calls, international calling, fax machines, auto-dialing, transcriptions, call centers and/or direct telemarketing centers, or toll-free calling services. Also, it is not for commercial/business use, data service, or Internet service from providers other than NATCO. At NATCO’s sole discretion, subscriber may be assessed an additional monthly charge of 10 cents per minute for such usage, be suspended or disconnected, or moved to a different plan if it is determined that usage is not consistent with residential voice applications. Applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees will apply. NATCO reserves the right to discontinue this plan with a 30-day notice to subscribers.  

Upgrade your Internet for $20 more per month to Tier III, 6Mb/512Kb. In an effort to preserve our environment, NATCO will offer a $2.00 additional discount per month for those who agree to stop receiving paper statements and sign up for bank draft, recurring credit card payments, or on-line bill pay.
