Two employees at NATCO
tied for recognition this year for the Exceptional Service Provider Award.
Tina Hutson and Monica Osborn were rated highest on criteria for the award,
including "going above and beyond the required tasks of the job."
Tina Hutson, of Gassville,
works as a customer service representative and is in her third year with
NATCO after working in the same field for another company previously.
"I just appreciate it very much that my co-workers nominated me for
this award," she said. Mrs. Hutson is a Cotter High School graduate
and has completed courses at Arkansas State University Mountain Home and
many customer service training courses. She and her husband Lee have two
children, Averee, 4, and Hayden, 1.
Monica Osborn, of
Rea Valley, is a dispatcher, formerly a NATCO customer service representative.
Monica said, "I speak to customers reporting trouble on the line
or Internet trouble." She believes the best part of her job is the
contact with customers and interaction with people. Mrs. Osborn is a graduate
of Flippin High School and Arkansas State University Mountain Home and
received additional training in computer software and customer relations.
She is married to Michael Osborn and she enjoys home decorating.
Lorene James, of Green
Forest, Internet services representative, was the winner in 2005 of the
Exceptional Service Provider Award, said Steven Sanders Jr., plant manager.
