NATCO has announced the employment of Cathy Curl Callen as receptionist in its Flippin office, Monica Renee Osborn as a customer service representative, and Melissa Weaver as office assistant.

As receptionist, Mrs. Callen answers the telephone and accepts payments at the front desk. Mrs. Callen has worked for more than 20 years in retail business, including managing and operating a fur salon.

A native of Bethesda, Md., Mrs. Callen moved to San Diego with her family due to her father's career in the U.S. Navy. She received an A.A. degree from Mesa College in San Diego. She also resided in Florida for 10 years. Mrs. Callen's interests include reading and antiques. She is married to Michael Callen and resides in Mountain Home.


As a customer service representative, Mrs. Osborn will handle all types of customer inquiries including telephone, long distance, and Internet services. Mrs. Osborn is a 1995 graduate of Flippin High School and attended ASUMH studying accounting, computer technology, and literature. She was previously employed at Capital Mercury Apparel for five years.

A lifelong resident of Flippin, Mrs. Osborn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, home decorating and shopping. She is also an independent contractor/displayer for Home Interiors & Gifts in the Flippin and Mountain Home areas. Her husband is Michael Osborn.

Mrs. Weaver has eight years of experience in customer service and will also work as a backup NATCO customer service representative. She was previously employed by Staffmark and Wal-Mart. A graduate of Gainesville (Mo.) High School in 1991, Mrs. Weaver attended Southwest Missouri State University for a year as a business major. She and her husband, Brent Weaver, have a daughter, Kristen. They have lived in Mountain Home for over eight years.

Mrs. Weaver is a member of First Baptist Church and Circle of Friends. She enjoys time with her family, reading, and landscaping.
