The South Shore Foundation recently awarded Arkansas State University Mountain Home a $10,000 grant to help fund the state-of-the-art Vada Sheid Community Development Center on the ASU-MH campus. South Shore Foundation is the charitable arm of NATCO Communications.

The VSCDC features a fully equipped stage and auditorium for community use for conferences, concerts, exhibits and events. “The South Shore Foundation feels the facility greatly enhances the economy of north central Arkansas and improves the lifestyle of the citizens of this region. We are proud to continue to support the center,” said Deanna Sullivan, South Shore Trustee.

In its selection of projects for funding, South Shore Foundation strives to enhance the quality of life in the service area of NATCO to accomplish goals of educational advancement, environmental preservation and economic development using telecommunications and technology.
