NATCO technicians will provide free modem configuration on all NATCO-owned leased modems. In addition, our technicians will offer free ongoing assistance with the following issues:
- If you purchase a new computer or mobile device, our technicians will provide free assistance over the phone for connecting the new device to the Internet (wirelessly or on a LAN connection);
- If you wish to upgrade your Internet speed or add services (including additional NATCO email accounts), our technicians will provide free assistance over the phone;
- Our technicians will assist customers who have problems with sending or receiving email on a NATCO email account, or connecting to NATCO email servers;
- Our technicians will help diagnose speed issues on your Internet connection for free over the phone.
In addition to our free support, NATCO offers our TechSafe support plans, which include help with the following issues:
- Managed Wi-Fi;
- Problems caused by the installation and/or deletion of computer software;
- LAN configuration and support;
- Antivirus software and/or virus removal;
- Problems that are diagnosed as computer hardware issues (additional charges may occur).
